A Garage Door service from $100 + GST
Preventative maintenance on your garage door is money well spent! so many expensive garage door repairs could be
avoided by a regular door service. For just $100 + GST I will visit and perform a basic check for correct operation and service your garage door.
Should I find any major issues, these will be discussed with you first before any additional cost is incurred to repair your garage door. My goal is to leave your garage door performing as it should.
DO YOUR OWN REGULAR GARAGE DOOR INSPECTION
Every 3-6 months Inspect cables and springs for signs of wear and tear. Any evidence of fraying or corrosion should be attended to immediately. Sectional door cables are UNDER EXTREME TENSION and should only be adjusted by a garage door technician. It is normal for springs to loose their tension over time therefore I strongly recommend that you HAVE THESE CHECKED.
